The village is situated half an

Each house is located on a 900 square metre plot and we have elected not to

create any fence, hedge or other barrier between the two houses so as to maintain the open aspect. Electricity and water are

connected and a telephone line can easily be installed upon request.

As the purchaser would be purchasing direct from

the developer, if there are any particular requirements (swimming pool?!) which you would like provided, these can be

negotiated.

Many foreigners have already purchased properties in the village, which already has good infrastructure

and is developing further. The nearest large town is a few kilometres due north. The village has all basic amenities for

comfortable living and regular transport to neighbouring villages and towns.

We are able to provide legal and

accounting services as required but, since we are an independent developer, do not insist that you use our advisers as it is

advisable that you obtain independent advice. However, we can give you help and advise in that regard.

We are also

conscious that this may be your first purchase in a foreign country and we want to make your life as easy as possible, both
