B. Facilities of the house construction

Main (rough) construction is built from burnt hollow bricks (CD-TYN type). Front and back peripheral bearing walls – thickness of 45 cm, side bearing walls (independent from neighbouring construction) thickness of 30 cm (together with the neighbour wall total thickness of 60 cm). Cross bearing walls are made from burnt hollow bricks (CD-TYN type) thickness of 30 cm. Other cross wals (non bearing) are made from hollow bricks of thickness 20 cm . Ceramic & concrete ceiling (type MIAKO profile), flat roof with 4 –lyer asphalt covering on the heat protected porous concrete lyer with the central drain of the water rate. Roof is additionally equiped with a broad and wide daily light window for the entrance hall on the first floor (upper flat). Plastic windows (Eurotype mounted in 2007), steel pipe distribution of the central heating with a raw iron composition heat exchangers. Heating of the hot utility water as well as the circulation water of the central heating is performed by a modern condense boiler type „Buderus` (instalation in 2003). Complete central distribution of water, electricity (copper conducting wires), gas. The floors are from rubber type covering (kitchen, entrance), ceramic (toilet, bathroom) alternatively from floor textile (rest). The house is sold with the kitchen asembly lines installed in the individual apartments.

The garden of 158 m2 (fenced) is on 3 levels with small vertical differences uniquely managed by terraces (rough concreate) with individual distribution of the irrigation water for each terrace.
In front of the house is an orchard of 37 m2 with partial fencing. A parking area for one car is in front of the garage (within the estate). The family house went trough the approbation in December 1980.

Conclusion: The house is built by the material of the highest quality (ceramics, copper conductor wires ,raw flowed iron heat exchangers) under personal sponsorship of skilled and responsible house constructor and according the project of well known and recognised architect.The house is on the border of the forest with beautifull outlook.
The roof (flat) part is provided with highest care and quality. The roof is currently maintained by adhesive and antiabrasive coverings and from the beginning untill now were not needed any actionst.
