Building stage completion:
The construction system of the building’s base is

monolithic concrete-steel and beamless. The outer walls are made of gasconcrete blocks 30 cm wide and before the outer

construction components there is 5 cm thick heat insulation. The inner walls are built with single bricks. The roofs are flat

by architectural detail with 8 cm heat insulation from fibrane. The joinery of all the apartments and commercial areas is

PVC. The building is released at a fully finished stage with a color mineral plaster, marble stairways, outer parking lots,

50% greening of the terrain and designer formed leisure corners for the owners.
