plot of 30000 sq.m. bordering the river, some 750 m from the village, price is Euro 13800; Price together with the 6 houses
will be Euro 47500);
2. Novo Gradishte - plot is 2300 sq.m., house 120 sq.m., few other buildings, 12 km from the main
road Sofia-Varna;
3. Yastrebino - plot is 1300 sq.m., house 70 sq.m., few other buildings, 200 m from the main road Sofia
-Varna,
4. Zhelezarci - plot is 940 sq.m., house 75 sq.m, 1 km from the main road Sofia-Varna;
5. Pirinec, here I have
2 houses - first house - plot is 2000 sq.m., house 80 sq.m.; second house - plot is 1600 sq.m., house 80 sq.m.
All
houses need repair, in some of them nobody has lived for years., one or two are in poor condition, but still could be
repaired. If interested I could name the price for the repair for each one of them, of course, if you tell me what they
should look like. My friend is builder (english) and we can do the repair, if you don t want to do it yourself.
Swiming
pool (8x4 m) costs Euro 10000.
