Magnificent views of the fields, forests, and mountains will arouse your best feeling. You can enjoy a great sensation of peace and a constant aromatherapy (the smell of pleasant fragrances from the woods to improve a person`s mood or health).
It`s a fantastic property as a private estate (with lots of guest rooms), but it would also be ideal as a residence for the elderly, a 4-stars boutique hotel, or a private health clínic due to it´s altitude (600 mts above sea level). See the attached annex about municipality allowances.
