I`m Ahmed Aly, I work as a international sales consultant for the Kafafy Group Sharm Up for the touristic development.

Kafafy Group is the owner of two 4 stars hotels in Hadaba (Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh), a new hotel and villas in the North coast of Sharm El Sheikh, and also in Marsa Alam (Egypt). We built an extension of International hospital in Sharm El Sheikh.
Another big project is under construction, located in
the North coast direct on the Red sea, will be delivered on 2012.

But the one of the projects we are presenting and selling at the moment. It is The View Project in Nabq Bay (Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh).

ABOUT THE PROJECT

This resort rests at the most southerly tip of the Sinai Peninsula, between the Sinai desert and the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea, Egypt.
This sophisticated destination has rapidly became the place to holiday and is well known for its fantastic diving and snorkeling and excellent, dry climate with year round sunshine.
Sharm El Sheikh is easily accessible with direct flights from most major European destinations/airports. Flying time from Europe is approximately 5 hours and Sharm El Sheikh International Airport is just a 10 minutes drive away from The View Project.

The View is a new complex in the Nabq area of Sharm El Sheikh with only 5 minutes walking distance to the new Golf course and 10 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches of Nabq Bay. With only 20 minutes to the touristic center of Naama Bay, you will never be far away from a bustling nightlife with world famous bars and nightclubs if you want to enjoy a night on the town. Party all night in Pacha or have few drinks in Hard Rock Café.
Whatever you desire you will find in this sparkling town.

The project is situated on the highest point of Nabq Bay, and because of this position the sea view is guaranteed to the most of the flats.
Our area is about 51,000 sqm. At the moment we built one of three parts of our project and the delivery will be on April 2010. We already started with the second part of the buildings which it be finish by April 2011 .ALL THE PROJECT Will be delivered in April 2012.

The completely finished buildings are 17, and the total amount of the apartments is 164 (most them are already sold).

The buildings are built with COFFOR technique (Special French technique against earthquake)

COST

Cost per sqm:

* Ground floor and top floor 6500 LE for smq
* Middle floors 6000 LE for sqm

PAYMENT

Cash 5 % discount if you buy an apartment
10 % discount if you buy 2 apartments
15 % discount if you buy more apartments
or

40% immediately, 60 % divided into 2 years and half with a check every 3 months

We dispose also of some studios inside the project, in the building number 14.
