Normally you need 3 days residency but under special licence you can apply for a marriage license to permit a non resident to be married after one day. The main problem is you will need to apply in person in St Vincent - no matter which island your ceremony is. Often hotel resorts & wedding coordinators hire A plane or boat to make this possible. St Vincent & the Grenadines Marriage license laws state that the only documents required are your passports unless you are divorced - then you will also be required to present your final divorce papers. All documents must be translated into English.
