The flat is equipped with microwave owen, fridge, gas stove, hot-cold water,iron, washing mashine, toaster, Internet Connection, cofee maker, hair-dryer furniture and a separate bathroom with separate toilet.

There is free wifi internet connection inthe flat and also cable-tv with several international chanels. Nightlife, restaurants, Gellért Termal Bath is 3 minutes walk from the flat.

The flat is suitable for maximum 4-5 persons. In the bigger room there is a double bed, in the middle room double sofa bed, in the small room there is a double sofa bed as well.

Price: depend upon the season, number of guests and also how long you want to stay, but generally it is

30 EUR/apartment/night for 1 person

40 EUR/apartment/night for 2 persons

45 EUR/apartment/night for 3 persons also

50 EUR/apartment/night for 4 persons

Normally we rent short term, but longer term rental is also possible. Monthly rental is available: 530-800 euros (depends on season and length of stay)

I will provide you bed linen and towels. Tax is included in the price.

If you stay more than a week, discount is possible, we can aggree.

Parking:

There is an open-aire guarded car parking 2

minutes walk from the flat, or there is a street 1 minute walk from the flat where you can leave your car for free (this is safe as well).

Airport, train station-pickup upon request.
