All the apartments face south and benefit from daylong sunshine. Apartments 1 and 4 each have 2 single beds. Apartments 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds, 1 double bed and sofa beds. There are numerous extra beds, a cot and other items that will be included in the sale, and all the linen, towels, crockery etc. All the apartments have sufficient equipment for a luxurious self catering holiday and all guests have use of a laundry room with washing machine and the apartments each have ironing boards and irons. Apartments are equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, extractor fans, toasters and fridge freezers, all of which will remain. All equipment including hairdryers, fans, and bathroom and kitchen fittings will be left by the owners, and TVs, video recorders and stereo systems. All the furniture in the apartments will be left, to include all the beds, dining tables, sofas, bedside tables etc. and all light fittings, lamps, pictures etc.
Sunloungers around the pool will be left and there is a permanent barbeque and a very efficient free standing Spanish style barbeque both of which will remain. A large sunshade in the pool area will also be left. Chairs and tables for use on the terraces (all apartments have terrace areas) are included in the sale. In short, nothing will be removed from the `business` areas of the house.
Much of the furniture in the house will be included in the sale, but it will depend on how well furnished the owner`s future home is before it can be decided which items will remain.
Built in 1981. It was purchased in November 2003 and the apartments were completely refurbished to include new kitchens, bathrooms, doors and windows.
The windows all have tinted glass and all bedroom windows upstairs have shutters. Solar heating has been installed to heat the pool and the whole house is in pristine t possession can be arranged in accordance to the needs of any prospective buyer.
There are advance bookings, but we can refund deposits if the buyers do not wish to continue the holiday letting business. As we get a lot of repeat bookings (many of whom ring up very close to when they wish to stay) so it is not a huge problem.

The house is situated equidistant between the golf course at Costa Tequise and the new one under construction at Puerto Del Carmen. It is a 10 minute drive to either.
Views from the terrace are spectacular, and include the islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura

There are several commercial enterprises already established in the area, and San Bartolome Ayuntamiento (town hall) have been approached about the granting of a commercial licence and in Principal there are no problems.
Land in the area is selling at 900 euros per for commercial use. This figure would render the land value at 2,284,200 Euros, but a selling price of 1,500,000 Euros equates to 590 per sq. metre and a free property!
