residence, as well as guest rooms, are all air conditioned with efficient split
unit air conditioners. Most of the furniture is custom made, including a dining table for 10. The house is being sold furnished, appliances,
kitchen dishes and cook ware, linens, etc., with the exception of artwork

The Inn has full security/privacy fencing as well as security lighting. Downstairs are three bedrooms one detached all with private entrances and

We have constructed an additional river rock patio and bar b que area. There are many palm and coconut trees, avocado, mango and lime trees as well as many native plants and beautiful gardens.
